Korean skincare products have been on the market for a while now, and Caolion is a brand i’m a huge fan of. I’ve tried a few of their products in the past, one being the Sparkling Blackhead Soap, which I love. I am always having a nosy in Sephora at Caolion products and when I saw this I had to try it. Whenever I see a product that claims to reduce pores I am all over it! I decided to try the mini version to see how I found it. Continue reading

IMG_3478With summer around the corner, it will soon be time to ditch the cardis and flash the flesh in summer dresses, cami’s and shorts! However, as I don’t tan naturally, and I don’t “embrace my naturally pale skin” like everyone likes to tell me to (I like being tanned!), the only option for me is to fake tan! Continue reading

As a makeup fanatic, KIKO has been one of my favourite stores since I first discovered it in Barcelona many years ago. I have many memories of wanting to buy everything, trying to work out how much space I had in my case for baskets full of products! Now they have stores all over the UK and we don’t have to travel far for our KIKO fix! The brand is known for its high quality products at affordable prices. Continue reading

There aren’t many high quality skin care products that will give you change from a fiver, so when I saw these sheet masks by Tony Moly in Sephora for €1.99 I was amazed. Not wanting to miss out on a bargain I threw a few in my basket, not really thinking much of them. Then I tried them…

First, a bit about the brand. TONY MOLY is a fun Korean skincare brand that has cute and quirky products ranging from Egg Pore Blackhead Steam Balm (shaped like an egg) to Banana Dalcom Lip Balm (shaped like a banana). However, gimmicky it is not. With innovative ingredients and scientific technology, the products are really good.

With a wide range of masks to choose from, I went for Avocado for Nutrition, Ginseng for Elasticity, and Pearl for Luminating.

What TONY MOLY say:
Bring tired skin back to life! Specially crafted with our Double action system, a 2-layer pulp sheet enriched with powerful natural ingredients which work to combat signs of fatigue and irritated skin, fast. Leaving skin healthier, glowing and softer with long lasting hydration, all in as little as 20 minutes.

Ginseng: Natural Ginseng Extract improves skin-elasticity for more youthful-looking complexion!
Pearl: Infused with Pearl Extracts to provide clarity and glow to skin
Avocado: Avocado Extract with micro emulsion-based essence nourishes skin and revitalizes complexion.

I thought these sheet masks were amazing quality for money, I think they really made a difference to my skin, especially the Avocado one. My skin felt so soft and nourished after using it. The masks had a lot of product in them as well, and they really sunk into the skin. There are so many to choose from, so there will be a perfect one for you no matter how your skin is acting. I loved the packaging as well, they were a bit different from other facemasks. Overall, for €2 they were a great bargain and will definitely be buying more on my next trip to Sephora!
